Interest and/or points paid in 2019 totaling to $600 or more will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service on IRS form 1098.
To ensure you receive credit in 2019 for interest paid in December, we recommend you allow sufficient lead time, at least 3 or 4 business days, so that your payment is received by Monday, December 30, 2019. This includes payments sent through the US Mail or via the Internet.
If you are an Ag Banking Online customer, external online payments (processed from a commercial bank) must be ‘Approved’ prior to 3:00 pm (suggested time 2:45 pm) Central Standard time on Monday, December 30, 2019. Internal online payments must be ‘Approved’ prior to 7:00 pm (suggested time 6:45 pm) Central Standard time on Tuesday, December 31, 2019.
If you choose to hand-deliver your payment, you must do so by noon on Tuesday, December 31, 2019.
