My favorite part of working at LLB is
the people I get to meet.

My favorite thing to do outside work is
boating and gardening.

What most people don't know about me is that

The person who inspires me the most is
my dad.

I give back by
being an active member of the Northeast Louisiana Ag Business Council.

I am most grateful for
my God, my wife, my family, my country, my job.

Aside from food/water/shelter, the one thing I couldn’t go a day without is
coffee!

Shining professional moment I’m most proud of is
getting the next loan approved!

My favorite part of working at LLB is
our customers.

My favorite thing to do outside work is
spend time with family. I love to watch my great nephew Jayden and great niece Brooklyn, they keep me young. Attending church and spending time with my church family.

The person who inspires me the most is
my mom.

My favorite part of working at LLB is
interacting with the borrowers.

I do what I do (at LLB) because
I was raised to work hard in everything I'm assigned. "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." - Colossians 3:23.

My favorite thing to do outside work is
riding and showing my cutting horse.

my mom.

I give back by
donating and giving time to different charities.

I am most grateful for
family and friends.

Aside from food/water/shelter, the one thing I couldn’t go a day without is
my horses.

My favorite part of working at LLB is
the autonomy and not having to be tied to my desk five days a week. I form and cultivate personal relationships with current and potential customers, members of my local and surrounding community as well as others that operate in the agricultural industry across the state. I enjoy going out and meeting with current and potential customers and looking at land, but I also enjoy the analytical side. There is something about crunching large, complex credits that I really enjoy, and it makes a work day go by in a flash.

I do what I do (at LLB) because
I enjoy it so much and the people here are the best. It truly is a family atmosphere at Louisiana Land Bank.

My favorite thing to do outside work is
hunting, fishing, watching LSU sports & riding around on the farm.

What most people don't know about me is that
that I attended the 2000 British Open at St. Andrews in Scotland. Tiger won it with a total score of 19 under par. It was my second time to visit the course and Scotland.

The person who inspires me the most is
my grandfather, Johnny “Bo” Mitchell.

I give back by
sitting on the Board of Directors of the Northeast Louisiana American Red Cross. I’m the President of the Monroe/West Monroe chapter (Twin City Long Beards) of the NWTF. I am also on the committee of the local Northeast Louisiana chapter of Delta Waterfowl.

I am most grateful for
my family and my job.

Aside from food/water/shelter, the one thing I couldn’t go a day without is
talking on the phone - might sound like a teenage girl but it's true!

Shining professional moment I’m most proud of is
the first multi-million dollar deal I underwrote by myself that got approved by the LLB loan committee and then the FCBT prior approval. It was December 2010.
