Louisiana Land Bank provides awards to Grand and Reserve Champion Louisiana Bred steers

David Ogletree represented Louisiana Land at the State Fair of Louisiana Steer Show on Sunday. The 2019 Grand Champion Louisiana Bred steer exhibitor was Leslie Rodriguez from Caddo Parish, who received a $1000 premium award from Louisiana Land Bank. The 2019 Reserve Champion Louisiana Bred steer was her sister, Emily Rodriguez, who received a $500 premium award from Louisiana Land Bank. Congratulations to both! The sisters qualified for the upcoming State Fair of Louisiana Junior Livestock Sale Wednesday, October 30th, presented by the Ark-La-Tex Agricultural Council. Louisiana Land Bank is a proud supporter of sale each year, which awards 4H kids from all over Louisiana for their achievements during the State Fair of Louisiana livestock shows.
